Jan 1. Today we begin learning that God existed before He created the universe. God formed the universe on the 1st 3 days, then he filled the earth on the 2nd 3 days. The earth was the focal point of His creation and man was the high point of His creation. Man was to be His image bearer. All God created was good. Man never wanted religion, but only relationship.
Evil entered the world through the sin of man. The rest of the Bible is about God restoring His creation back to the way He originally intended. We all have to decide to be part of His eternal kingdom.
God is my designer and I should seek to to follow His directions. It is amazing that God wants a relationship with each and every one of us.
